No one relies more on clean dry air than the automotive Industry. For this reason, La-Man has developed a complete line of compressed air products for this market. These products include our Extractor/Dryer®, SuperStar™ AMD-035 Membrane, Refrigerated Extractor/Dryer™.

Extractor/Dryer® 106FR
Our patented Extractor/Dryer is a two stage, point-of-use, depth filter, with filtration down to 5 micron. The Extractor/Dryer is available in 50 and 80 SCFM. This sturdy filter comes standard with a differential pressure gauge, regulator, and automatic moisture discharger.

AMD-035 SuperStar™ Membrane Dryer
This complete filtration system was designed specifically for the automotive industry. Spray booths rely on ultra clean and dry compressed air for their applications. Our Membrane is unique to the industry because of its superior pre-filtration system. With our 4-stage filtration system, which is made up of our Extractor/Dryer and SuperStar .01 Micron Filter, the membrane will last indefinitely.

Refigerated Extractor/Dryer™
Many times compressed air needs to be cooled before it continues down stream. This cooling, or lowering of the dew point, turns vapor into moisture. The moisture is then removed from the airline as it passes through the Extractor/Dryer located on the outside of the refrigerated dryer unit. The Extractor/Dryer, as opposed to a bowl filter is a vital part of our refrigerated systems.

SPG103 Pneumatic/Dryer
This in-line dryer is a great supplement to your filtration system. Properly installed within six feet from the point-of-use, this permanent filter will yield better performance and cost savings over disposables. Available with a 30" hose for easier handling of air tools and spray guns. Replacement elements are available.

Superstar™ .01 Micron Filter
This 50 SCFM filter removes particles down to .01 microns. It prevents harmful moisture and oil vapors from reaching tools or applications. Standard features on this unit include our differential pressure gauge and automatic moisture discharger. An important feature to note is the .01 micron filtration does not rely on desiccant. Therefore, harmful desiccant material does not go downstream.

La-Man-Air Breathing Air Systems™
Our line of "Quality Air Breathing Systems" removes moisture, oil vapors, gaseous hydrocarbons, dirt, rust scale and other potentially dangerous contaminants. Once removed, our breathing bystems provide clean, Grade "D" quality breathing air that meets OSHA standards.

Electronic Drains
The La-Man® line of Electronic Drains allows users to properly drain off water from the compressor tanks or drip legs. These quality built drains offer adjustable interval and discharge times.
